Starting in Munich, this cycle tour takes you across the Alps and through Germany, Austria and Italy. The tour leads you through the Bavarian lake landscape, passing some of the most famous lakes such as the Tegernsee or Schliersee. Passing the Brenner Pass you cross the border to Italy and cycle along the Pustertal to Villabassa/Dobbiaco.

On the well marked paths the crossing of the Alps is also feasible for pleasure cyclists. Cycling on the Via Julia Augusta you pass Palmanova and Aquileia and get to the fishing village of Grado.
